Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Last updated: August 2026. This policy applies to Supreme Denture Studio, 1254 Plenty Rd, Bundoora VIC 3083, and to this website.
Who we are
Supreme Denture Studio is a dental prosthetics practice at 1254 Plenty Rd, Bundoora VIC 3083. You can reach us on (03) 9599 2790 or at info@supremestudio.com.au.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Health information is also subject to the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
What we collect through this website
If you fill in an enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you type into it: your name, your contact number, your email address if you give one, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else on this website asks you for personal information.
You do not have to use the form. You are welcome to ring us on (03) 9599 2790 instead, and you can ask us a general question without giving your name at all.
What we collect at the practice
When you become a patient we collect the information needed to provide care and to bill for it. That means your contact and identity details, your relevant health and dental history, clinical records and any images, scans or digital design files created in the course of your treatment, and your health fund or payment details.
If you do not give us the information we ask for, we may not be able to provide treatment safely.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment.
- To provide your treatment and to keep the clinical records we are required to keep.
- To make and adjust your appliance, and to remake it later from stored design records if you need us to.
- To process payments and health fund claims.
- To contact you about your own appointments and care.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your clinical information for marketing.
Who we share it with
We disclose your information only where it is necessary for your care or required by law. That may include:
- Your dentist, oral surgeon or other treating practitioner, where your treatment involves them.
- Your health fund, where you are making a claim.
- Service providers who help us run the practice, for example our appointment booking system and our email and messaging providers. They are bound to protect the information they handle for us.
- Anyone you have asked us to share it with, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law.
Enquiries sent through this site
An enquiry submitted on this website is passed to the practice so we can contact you back. It reaches the same notification and follow-up systems we use for enquiries from our advertising, and is used for that purpose only.
If you would rather not have your details pass through any online system, please ring us instead.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies of its own, and it carries no analytics or advertising trackers. Two things on it are served by Google, and both mean your browser contacts Google directly. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts on every page, which sends Google your IP address as part of the request. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and loading that may also set cookies in your browser under Google's own privacy policy. If you would rather not contact Google at all, ring us on (03) 9599 2790 instead of using the site.
How we store it and how long we keep it
Records are held securely, with access limited to those who need it to do their job. Health records are retained for the period required by Victorian law, which for an adult is at least seven years from the last occasion of service, and for a person under 18 until they turn 25.
Getting access, and correcting it
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Put the request in writing to info@supremestudio.com.au or ask at the practice. We will respond within a reasonable period. In limited circumstances the law allows us to refuse access, and if that happens we will tell you why.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your information, please raise it with us first on (03) 9599 2790 or at info@supremestudio.com.au so we can try to put it right.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, or, for health information in Victoria, to the Health Complaints Commissioner at hcc.vic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
